Here's a photo of the farm taken around 1910. As a chef, I learned about the flavor and tastes of quality homegrown produce. However, it was nearly impossible to get the good stuff for my customers so I moved here in 2003 after I sold my restaurant and set out to grow and share the food I wanted to eat myself.
